Deployment Steps

Step 1 – Install Intuition’s award-winning mobile learning application can be installed locally to the smartphone device in one of two ways: 1. Server ‘push’ to all devices 2. Manual download via URL: www.intuition.com/gomobile

Step 2 – Activate Upon first launch, users will be prompted to enter an activation code. Once authenticated, users will be presented with a content listing that is available to them to download.

Step 3 – Content Listing A content listing is generated via XML and displayed to the user. This listing can include: courses, surveys, assessments, information , podcasts, and video that are available to users to download to their device

Step 4 – Content Download Content can be downloaded to the device from either internal or external content servers. The application can be configured to enable content to be ‘pushed’ out at scheduled intervals. Alternatively, users can initiate a manual download of content at any time from their device.

Step 5 – Launch & Track Once the content has been downloaded to the device it can be launched at anytime, on- or offline. Storage management options can be configured to auto-delete completed/expired content for maximum on-device memory efficiency.

Step 6 – Upload Progress On-device tracking and progress data can be uploaded to the central learning management system in one of two ways: 1. Manually – Users can initiate a progress upload at any time 2. Automatically – Progress uploaded during synchronization process
