Based in our Dublin or Limerick office, the successful candidate will play a key role in the development and production of a number of e-learning products and will be directly involved in production and design in a wide range of interactive digital media.
Candidates must have at least 1-2 years' solid experience of working on client projects using Flash. Strong interface design skills and a thorough understanding of Web design principles and animation techniques are also essential.
An in-depth knowledge of all relevant design applications (Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required and experience in 3D modelling/animation and ActionScripting would be an advantage (Softimage, 3D Studio, Swift 3D).
The successful candidate will be organized, highly motivated, able to work fast and a team player with good listening skills and the ability to accept art direction.
A portfolio of work which displays talent, intelligence, technical ability and an informed view of current Web design trends will be required as part of the recruitment process.

We are currently seeking experienced Instructional Designers to join our team. The Client Engagement Manager (CEM) is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating blended learning solutions that leverage Intuition’s comprehensive capabilities in classroom learning and e-learning. This role is highly consultative and client facing, and requires a unique combination of skills in consulting, solution design and delivery, and project and people management. Business Development Director - US Life Sciences
Intuition is currently recruiting for the role of Business Development Director – US Life Sciences based in our Manhattan, NY office. The Business Development Director is responsible for developing relationships with US Pharma and managing relationships with existing clients. Your goal will be to help expand a broad-based education business – consulting, training program delivery, custom e-learning and product – focused on the Pharma sales and marketing stream. You will report directly to the Head of Life Sciences in Europe, and will have the autonomy and resources to make a success of the challenge and to expand the Intuition service offering.
Candidates must have at least 4 years’ experience in a management role in Life Sciences and a proven track record in sales.
We are not explicitly looking for someone drawn from Pharma sales training/consulting but this would be a distinct advantage. This is a role that should attract someone with a professional services orientation, rather than an e-learning sales approach. A third level qualification in Life Sciences would also be an advantage.
