1. Our Commitment to Protecting Your Privacy

Intuition is committed to upholding the highest information security and data privacy standards. This Privacy Policy outlines our privacy practices and expresses our commitment to keep you informed of the information we collect and how it is used. We ask that you take a little time to read it carefully. We may update this Policy periodically to reflect new business activities and practices, regulations or technologies that may impact how we collect, store or process personal data. 2. Collection and Storage of Personal Information

Intuition reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process or if Intuition reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights, protect your safety or the safety of others and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

Intuition reserves the right to use information to prevent or address service or technical problems, or as may be required by law.

Should Intuition become involved in any merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets at any stage in the future, the continued confidentiality of any personal data involved in such transactions will be guaranteed. Intuition will provide due notice before personal data is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Choice: Opt-out and Opt-in

The information collected through the use of cookies is not used to personally identify an individual. Intuition is a global company and our services operate and are provided globally. Intuition may collect, transfer and access information from around the world, including the United States and the European Union. Information collected may be stored in a hosted data center in the European Union or another location. This Privacy Policy shall apply even if Intuition transfers information collected to other countries.

By registering for our products or requesting a service on our website, you hereby explicitly consent to our use of the information collected, to be used, transferred and accessed as set down in this Privacy Policy only. You certify that this consent is freely given. If you do not consent then please do not register for our products or request a service.

If there is a material change in our privacy practices that does not affect user information already stored in our database, a notice will be posted on our website notifying all visitors of such a change.
