- Development and hosting of a customized learning portal for communication and elearning completion. This is typically utilized by analysts and associates prior to joining training for the financial markets.
- Proactive tracking of participant progress during all phases of the programs, beginning with completion of online prework
- Communication with learners (employees, new hires etc) regarding program logistics and prework completion timelines
- Telephone support for learners during the pre-work and post-work portions of the program
- Production of learner performance reports throughout the programs
- Development, production and management of learning materials
- Daily on-site support throughout the duration of the classroom portion of the program
- Development and administration of post-program learning plans
