Design of ‘New Hire’ programs for financial markets
Intuition is repeatedly asked to design, develop, deliver, and support integrated education programs for analyst and associate training. The goal of these programs is to integrate the students into the firm’s culture and equip them with required know-how in major capital markets and products as well as risk management topics and practices. Our clients preferred approach is typically a three-phased program design:
- Phase 1— Online learning, during which analysts and associates complete foundational syllabi of online modules designed to level-set the knowledge of the group and prepare them for the next phase
- Phase 2 – Classroom learning, during which analysts and associates participate in workshop streams designed to build functional, job-related knowledge and skills
- Phase 3 – Post-program learning, in which analysts and associates complete a focused curriculum of online learning
