Koji Clark
Principal DEI and Community Engagement Lead at AmazonBIO:
Koji Clark is a Principal DEI and Community Engagement Lead at Amazon. His team focuses on developing non-transactional relationships with marginalized communities through strategic non-profit partnerships. Partnerships focus on traditional philanthropy and volunteerism, but also engage Amazonians in external mentorship, sponsorship, non-profit board placement and job skills training.
Previously, Koji was the DEI lead for Amazon’s Last Mile team, an organization of 120,000 employees across 25 different countries, developing DEI strategies across the employee life cycle. Before Amazon, he has worked with organizations such as Microsoft, Starbucks, and Lyft in the DEI space. Outside of work, Koji sits on the Chief Seattle Club board, and serves as their Board Treasurer.
