We’re honored to welcome Dr Uwe H. Kaufmann, Partner and Managing Director at COE Pte Ltd. A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude), Uwe brings over two decades of experience in organizational improvement and change management. He has led transformation initiatives across Singapore’s public sector and advised multinational corporations and SMEs globally. Known for his innovative business simulations and deep expertise in competency frameworks and workforce planning, Uwe combines academic rigor with practical insight to drive meaningful, lasting change in both public and private sector organizations.

We’re delighted to welcome Paviter Singh, Founder of EKON Collective and an ACLP-certified educator with nearly two decades of experience in the digital space. A seasoned learning designer, Paviter has spent 15 years creating and facilitating innovative programs across Asia Pacific, blending technical expertise with creative insight from his background as a programmer, web developer, and artist. His work spans critical thinking, design thinking, and digital media. He is also an experienced accreditation professional under SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), WSQ, and IBF-STS frameworks. A thought leader in AI and human-centered innovation, Paviter explores how technology and creativity shape the future of learning.
