James has 27 years experience trading financial markets (primarily interest rate derivatives and currencies), asset management, quant and algorithmic trading, board member and also financial market education, crossing 4 continents, as well as numerous products and diverse cultures.

His trading experience includes; recognition as a prime trader in the Japanese FX and Interest rate markets (Risk Magazine), proprietary trading, investment bank director and CIO of an automated hedge fund trading algorithmic strategies across asset classes.

As a technical analyst (Chartered Market Technician) James was a Board Member of the Market Technicians Association for 7 years, presenting at conferences, training front office traders & private bankers. He hase also published weekly market commentaries for CME Group, and been interviewed live numerous times on Bloomberg television.

James is also currently a senior learning consultant for Intuition.
