BIO:

Kathryn Kearney is the Director of Content and Certification Development at Google Cloud empowering Google Cloud learners to learn wherever they are in their learning journey and validate their skills through certification. Prior to getting ‘into the cloud’ and the learning industry, her career included Financial Services and the Travel industry. Kathryn is Irish, but has lived in Seattle for ten years with her husband and two children.

 

Koji Clark

Principal DEI and Community Engagement Lead at Amazon

BIO:

Koji Clark is a Principal DEI and Community Engagement Lead at Amazon. His team focuses on developing non-transactional relationships with marginalized communities through strategic non-profit partnerships. Partnerships focus on traditional philanthropy and volunteerism, but also engage Amazonians in external mentorship, sponsorship, non-profit board placement and job skills training.

Previously, Koji was the DEI lead for Amazon’s Last Mile team, an organization of 120,000 employees across 25 different countries, developing DEI strategies across the employee life cycle. Before Amazon, he has worked with organizations such as Microsoft, Starbucks, and Lyft in the DEI space. Outside of work, Koji sits on the Chief Seattle Club board, and serves as their Board Treasurer.

Máire Sogabe

Cybersecurity & Compliance at Generate

BIO:

Máire Sogabe is a cyber security leader with extensive experience in technology delivery and governance, risk, and compliance in the Energy and FinTech Industries. Experienced at designing and implementing combined cyber security and physical security organizations to effectively manage risk and ensure compliance.

She has transformed strategy and operations by leveraging data to influence action on what is protected and how we protect it. Máire has been the recipient of the Irish Technology Leadership Group Silicon Valley Global Award, is a two-time hackathon winner who has spoke at The World of Cyber Crime – National Treasury Management Agency Risk Week 2021 and Securing Smart Spaces – Cantillon 2019.

Joe Pulichino

Senior Manager, Professional Standards Training at T-Mobile

BIO:

Joe has been working in the field of learning and development for over 40 years as a teacher, instructional designer, and learning technologist in corporate, K-12, and higher education settings, and as a manager of education departments at organizations large and small, from start-ups to global multinationals. His expertise covers leadership development; sales, ethics & compliance, and technical training; teaching English as a second language; human capital and talent management; and assessment, evaluation, and performance management.

Joe received an EdD in education technology from Pepperdine University in 2007. Formerly research director at the E-Learning Guild, he has been published widely in business and academic journals and has presented his research at many industry conferences. He has also served as a board member of the Center for Learning Innovation and the Computer Education Management Association.
